This week, I thought I'd share a practice I'v been experimenting with recently and which has brought me a lot of inner peace. If you remember from the Friday prompt a few weeks ago, I recommended a book entitled "Golden: the Power of Silence in a World of Noise". That book had lasting effects on me and helped me reflect about silence and its deeper meaning, beyond the absence of noise.
One week when I was alone at home, I started to voice my thoughts out loud instead of letting them run freely in my head. And something surprising happened!
