This week I was inspired to share with you a practice that helps me do things that require discipline and effort, like exercising regularly;o)
This practice was not something I found intellectually by reading books or analyzing best practices. I built it as I went along and was inspired by many other things that I found interesting. I found that it allows for a much longer-lasting practice, as it has stronger personal meaning. I call it "Ritualising." Rather than trying to explain the process and make it into a method, I'd rather share my story and I will then give you some introspection prompts so you can extract for yourself something useful.
