Friday Introspection Prompt #21

I asked my network to send me questions in order to prompt me to reflect and feedback to you "the answer". Of course I do not have the "answer" but I intend to explore in my own way the questions you send me, and share my thought processes and potentially emotional responses to them.

So the first question I received is from my good friend Stéphanie Simpson who actually collected this question from MBA students:

"Is leading with kindness at work possible in a highly competitive environment?"
