Friday Introspection Prompt #11

Last week I did not publish a prompt, and for a good (well painful) reason. But that experience inspired several deeper introspections about pain, reviewing what I wrote in one chapter of the Unmasked, Loved and Empowered book and reconsider the words that I use... Words have power! So today's introspection prompts you to take a real look at or be very midful of how you speak to yourself and to others.
